Dioctyl phthalate (DOP) is a kind of organic ester compound and a common plasticizer.
Dioctyl phthalate is an important general plasticizer, which is mainly used for processing PVC resin, chemical fiber resin, acetate resin, ABS resin, rubber and other polymers, as well as paint, dye, dispersant and so on.
General grade DOP: widely used in plastics, rubber, paint, emulsifier and other industries. The plasticized PVC can be used to make artificial leather, agricultural film, packing material, cable, etc.
Electrical grade DOP: it has all the properties of general DOP, but also has good electrical insulation performance, mainly used in the production of wires and electricity.
