Atazanavir Sulfate is also a SARS-CoV 3CLpro inhibitor with an IC50 of 3.49 μM. Atazanavir Sulfate, an azapeptide HIV protease inhibitor, has been developed and launched by Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS), under worldwide license from Novartis, for the treatment of HIV infection.
